We also inventory a large variety of deli and sausage items, smoked and cured meats, fully-cooked, ready to serve meats and frozen portion-controlled products. Our staff of highly-skilled butchers are able to provide fresh, portion-controlled products to satisfy all of our customer’s needs on a fresh, cut-to-order basis. All of our products are held in modern refrigerated coolers and freezers at all times. This ensures there is no chance of temperature deviations while under our control.
